Costs
for the disembarkment of the passengers of the Mermoz cruiser at Marseille,
France, during
1999 are described. Average
costs/passenger were FF 240, including piloting into the harbour,
harbouring
taxes, new food and water supplies, waste removal, security,
replacement of
crew, medical costs for crew, transport of passengers and their luggage
to and
from Marseille, and hire of local hostesses.
